This privacy notice applies to solqamtech.com and related pages operated by SolqamTech from Office#4, First Floor, Qasim Arcade, Khyber Market, G-13/4, Islamabad. It covers information you send through the consultation form, Amazon form, newsletter strip, or by email, phone, or WhatsApp using the contact details published on this site.

Who is responsible

Information we collect

When you send a form, we collect the fields you provide. Typical fields include name, email, phone, company, service interest, marketplace, product category, project stage, and a free-text brief. We also store the time of submission and a basic spam-protection field that should be left empty by people.

If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep the conversation needed to reply and, if a project starts, to deliver the scoped work. If you visit the office, we may keep a note of the appointment and the brief you brought.

Server logs may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, and requested URL. That data is used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse, not to build marketing profiles.

How we use it

We use inquiry data to respond to your request, to keep an internal record of leads, and, if you become a client, to deliver the written scope. Newsletter submissions are used only to send office notes you asked for. We do not sell inquiry data and we do not rent mailing lists.

Access is limited to people at SolqamTech who handle client communication and, where needed, technical staff who maintain the server.

Where it is stored

Inquiries are stored on the website server as structured files and may also be emailed to the SolqamTech inbox at info@solqamtech.com. Email and WhatsApp messages sit with those providers under their own terms. If a project later requires Seller Central, advertising, or analytics access, that access is requested only for the scoped work and is documented in the scope.

Cookies, maps, and analytics

The contact page embeds a Google Map so visitors can find Qasim Arcade, G-13/4. Google may set cookies or collect technical data when that map loads. You can open the same location in Google Maps from a link if you prefer not to load the embed.

Analytics or advertising pixels may be added later. If they are, this policy will be updated and a consent notice will be shown where required. Until then, this site does not run a marketing pixel of its own.

How long we keep it

Unconverted inquiries are kept long enough to reply and to avoid losing a brief you asked us to hold. If a project starts, related correspondence is kept for the life of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and dispute handling. You may ask us to delete an unused inquiry earlier.

Your requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry record by emailing info@solqamtech.com. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the same person who submitted the form. Deletion does not apply to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Children

This website describes business services. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 for marketing purposes.

Changes

If we change how we handle website inquiries, we will update this page. The heading and the date you see on the site are the current version. Continued use of the forms after an update means the new notice applies to later submissions.
