Terms of service

These terms govern use of the SolqamTech website and inquiries sent through it. SolqamTech operates from Office#4, First Floor, Qasim Arcade, Khyber Market, G-13/4, Islamabad, and delivers digital services worldwide. A separate written scope governs paid project work. If a written scope conflicts with this page on a live engagement, the written scope controls that engagement.

Website content

Pages on this site describe services, process, office details, and project types. They are general information. They are not a proposal, not a price list, and not a promise of rankings, sales, advertising efficiency, or marketplace approval. Portfolio cards describe kinds of work. Named client case studies are published only when a client has given permission.

Figures such as 500+ projects, 8+ years, and 750+ customers are SolqamTech operating figures. They describe volume and tenure. They do not guarantee a result on a new brief.

Inquiries are not a contract

Submitting a consultation form, Amazon form, or newsletter signup does not create a client contract. A project starts only after SolqamTech and you agree a written scope covering deliverables, access, timeline, reporting, fees, and known limits. Work does not begin on a verbal yes alone.

No guaranteed platform outcomes

SolqamTech does not guarantee search rankings, advertising results, Amazon account approval, Brand Registry acceptance, ACOS, ROAS, sales, or profit. Marketplace and ad-platform outcomes depend on third-party policies, product quality, competition, budgets, inventory, reviews, fees, and account health. Those limits are restated on service and Amazon pages because they are part of how we sell the work.

Your information and assets

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for having the rights to any assets you share with us, including logos, photos, product copy, and account access. You must not send credentials through public forms if a safer channel is available. We request only the access required for the scoped work.

Acceptable use of this website

Do not use the forms to send spam, malware, or content you do not have the right to share. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that overloads the server, or present SolqamTech pages as your own. Forms include basic spam protection so automated posts are less likely to reach the inbox.

Intellectual property

Website copy, original graphics, layout, and code on this site are owned by SolqamTech unless otherwise noted. Stock photography and video used for presentation remain with their licensors. Do not reuse SolqamTech site copy, layout, or original graphics without permission. Client work product is handled in the written scope for that project.

Third-party services

This site may link to WhatsApp, Google Maps, email clients, and social profiles. Those services have their own terms. SolqamTech is not responsible for their availability or for how they process data once you leave this site.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, SolqamTech is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this website or from relying on general pages as if they were a scoped proposal. Paid work is limited by the written scope and by the platform rules named in that scope.

Governing law
